Crudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Puglia (500ml)

A fine Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The Schiralli family began producing extra virgin olive oil in 1922. The present owner's grandfather started a small family production in the foothills near Bari in Puglia. More than 8,000 olive trees are spread over 20 hectares. Adhering to the ancient tradition of respecting the land and all it has to offer, Crudo oil is grown, harvested and pressed on site using the continuous cycle production method. This process minimizes oxidation and produces an oil rich in polyphenols. Produced exclusively from Ogliarola olives, this Puglian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is bright yellow green, and tastes of green olives, fresh almonds, and artichokes. Delicately sweet with a fruity aftertaste. Perfect on salads, vegetables or fish. Acidity: 0.22%. Size: 500ml Square bottle. (Product of Italy)
