“La Spiga” is a family biscuits (taralli) business, born in Palo del Colle, Bari, in Apulia, ITALY. They produce hand made biscuits – taralli – from a traditional recipe, with flour, water, wine, olive oil, yeast and salt. Taralli are a hard crusty biscuits, tasty and eaten as a starter. Palo del Colle is officially called “The taralli town” and is famous for these delicious savouries.
