 From ANTICO PASTIFICIO MORELLI since 1860 San Romano (Pisa) Italy. Strozzapreti wheat germ pasta literally means "priest stranglers" pasta. Some say this name came from the hostess trying to fill the priest up with pasta so he wouldn’t eat all of roast,  others say the pasta is so good that you could easily eat too much and make yourself choke. This pasta is cut into bite sizes and rolled. (Product of Italy).
