'Bussolai Buranei' are the traditional sweet biscuit of Burano Island. Made by friable dough with yolk and vanilla. It is told that this sweet biscuit was made by the islanders of Burano at Easter and often it was also put in the linen chest to perfume it. (Product of Italy)
