We operate a 'No Quibble' policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. You may cancel your order for any reason provided:-
- You notify us of your cancellation in writing/email to the address at the foot of this page within fourteen working days of delivery.
- The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
- You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods
- We regret that you may not cancel an order containing cheese gifts or other fresh food once the order has been dispatched.
- We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.
After Sales Guarantee for non Food/Drink Items
In addition to manufacturers' warranties we will offer a full refund or replace, free of charge, any item which, through manufacturing defect, becomes unusable within 12 months of delivery. Contact us at the address at the foot of this page.
Claims for breakages or other damage should be made at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt.
All hampers, baskets and gift boxes are fully itemized and fairly described on this website and we will make every effort to supply the items described in the detailed listings. However, in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute any items with replacements of at least equal quality and value.
Returns & Exchanges
If by misadventure you should not be fully satisfied with our products, and should they not be of a nature to deteriorate or expire rapidly, you have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to us (by e-mail, fax or post) at the address given below at any time from placing your order within 14 days from reception of the goods. In such case we will make a full refund to the value of the goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The cost of returning the goods to us will be born by you. On such cancellation, Something Italian shall accept such goods only if they are returned to Something Italian the same condition as the original delivered goods. We decline all responsibility in the case of goods of a nature to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Please complete the form supplied with your order. Be sure to fill in all the details and enclose it with your package. If you don't have your invoice, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history.
