Domestic & International Delivery Charges

We use domestic & international couriers for our deliveries. (Collections not allowed). The delivery charge is aimed at covering the costs involved with the delivery and preparation of small orders. When composing your order, please bear in mind that all our products (unless stated other way) have a long shelf life of several months.

Our UK Mainland standard delivery is £4.95 ( 2 - 4 working days). Your delivery will require a signature at destination. Our courier will make three consecutive delivery attempts (Mon-Fri / 9am-5pm)). If you are not going to be at home, please add your delivery instructions for us - when you place your order - e.g. a safe place, a neighbour, or your work address.  Free courier shipping (Mon-Fri) on UK Mainland orders over £49. 

             

Delivery Time

We can prepare certain orders within a few hours but it is safer to give us 48 hours notice for your order. Please refer to the order details given for each product. We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However if products become unexpectedly popular they may be out of stock for a short while. We will advise you of this when you place your order. Delivery times vary depending on when your order is placed, delivery will be either next day by 5pm or the day after by 5pm.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorization. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders 3 - 5 working days, (Mon-Fri). deliveries to Europe and North America 4 - 5 working days, deliveries to Rest of the World 5 - 7 working days.

We also deliver by Royal Mail Airsure & International Signed-For (orders below 2Kg), and by private courier (FEDEX / UPS) orders above 2kg to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Middle East countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia), USA. European countries (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland). Our charges increase with the value of the order.

Note:  Duty imports taxes, if there are any, are payable by the recipient at destination.

To track a recent order you will need your tracking code. Your tracking code and carrier information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
