It is a slow process that uses only carefully selected ingredients like dark chocolate from the Antillean Islands, Italian hazelnuts (16%), brown sugar, skim milk and Bourbon vanilla extract. Enjoy Nocciolata any time of day. Try it in the morning on toast, or on a crusty bread for a delicious afternoon snack. Nocciolata is the perfect special ingredient for cakes, crepes, cookies, muffins, and many more recipes.

Brownies with Pistachios & Nocciolata
Brownies with Pistachios & Nocciolata
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Nocciolata
2/3 cup flour
2 tbsp. potato starch
1 stick + 3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup pistachios

for the decoration:
custard
powdered sugar
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Melt Nocciolata and butter on top of a bowl with boiling water.
  2. Whip together egg and sugar in another bowl.
  3. Add the flour, potato starch and the baking powder, previously mixed together.
  4. Gently mix in the pistachios.
  5. Butter a rectangular baking pan. Pour the mixture and let it stand in the fridge for a few minutes. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.
  6. Cool and cut into squares.
